IS THERE BACTERIA IN THIS PRODUCT?

No! Although our sustainable highlighter is derived from bacteria, there is no live bacteria in our product. BioShine is cell-free. Additionally, bacteria is found everywhere, including our own bodies! The strand of bacteria we work with is not harmful to humans. 

IS THIS SAFE FOR MY SKIN?

Yes! The materials we use in our product are natural and even found in other beauty products. Our gel highlighter uses natural oils, which improves skin's smoothness and moisture content!

SHOULD I USE THE POWDER OR GEL BASED PRODUCT?

Whichever you normally use! We created two prototypes to better suit the needs of our consumers and the beauty industry. You can even use both to experiment, if you'd like!

DOES THE PRODUCT COME IN DIFFERENT COLORS?

Yes! Although our prototype only shows one color, by altering a few variables in the production of our product, we can completely change the color and shade of the highlighter. Feel free to email us at bioshine2020@gmail.com for customizable shades!

WHAT IS THE PACKAGING MADE OF?

Just like the rest of our product, the packaging is also sustainable and renewably sourced! The material we use is recyclable, although we highly recommend finding other uses for the packaging! :)
